What are your opening hours?

 

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. We see customers on the weekend by appointment.


Why should I use “iPad Screen Repair” for a repair?

 

Your iPad is precious to you. We have 15 years of experience in Apple product repair and have undergone strict training and regular testing to ensure they have the experience and qualifications needed to repair Apple iPads.


How long does iPad Screen repairs typically take?

 

We pride ourselves on an express repair service. Most iPads screen repairs are completed within 60-90 minutes. However, we are a professional service, and we don't like to cut corners to make exaggerated claims of super fast repairs to get a few extra sales.

We encourage customers to collect iPads the next day because we want to make sure the iPad screen has ample time to seal correctly. Repair services that undertake iPads and give it back to you in 60 minutes are not giving you the time that you deserve. iPad screens need sufficient time to seal correctly.


What should I do before handing over my device?

 

Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, you can back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes if you wish. We need access to your device so we can test your device's repair thoroughly before handing back to you.


Does my device repair come with warranty?

 

We provide one year warranty on all screen repairs. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.


How does the walk-in service work?

 

Our walk-in service allows you to have your iPad repaired straight away! You can book a walk-in repair through our website or by calling us.


Will repairing my iPad void my Manufacturer’s warranty?

 

Like most third-party repair services, use of our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty. However we provide our own warranty for all our repairs.


Are you an Apple authorised supplier?

 

We are an alternative repair service to Apple and it's subsidiary suppliers. We are an express repair service that utilises the highest quality parts.


Are your screens original Apple iPad screens?

 

We are an alternative repair service to Apple and use the highest quality non-manufacturer alternative components and parts, all of which are quality checked and tested. We have so much confidence in the quality of our screens that we offer one year warranty.


Do you need my iPad PIN or password before the repair?

 

Providing your pin/passcode before the repair is entirely up to you. We ask you to provide the PIN or password so that we can thoroughly test the device before we hand it back to you. We check each iPad carefully before and after repair, and we can't test iPads without the PIN or password. We never access your personal information or intrude on your privacy if you are concerned about your privacy you can back up your device and take it back to factory settings before you book it in for repair.
